Important Practice update Monday 3rd January

Several members of staff from the reception and admin teams have tested positive for Covid-19 or are having to self-isolate. This might have an impact on how quickly the practice can respond to calls and prescription requests’

We will try to minimise the impact on patients but there may be delays in answering the phone, or it taking longer for a clinician to get back to you. We are being supported by colleagues from other practices, please bear with us.
