We have a unprecedented number of staff including doctors, nurses, reception and admin staff who are off having tested positive for Covid-19 or self-isolating. This will have a large impact on how quickly the practice can respond to calls and prescription requests, and the number of patients we can see and treat.
We will try to minimise the impact on patients but there may be delays in answering the phone, or it taking longer for a clinician to get back to you. We are being supported by colleagues from other practices, please bear with us.
If you do not need to be seen urgently, please consider using other ways of contacting the surgery. You can submit requests for repeat medication on the NHS app or Patient Access app, and you can use Online Consult (via the website) to ask questions or request sick notes.
