To register at the practice you must live within the practice boundary. You are registered with the practice rather than an individual G.P. and may see any of the doctors. You are able to express a preference of practitioner and whilst the practice will try to comply, it might not always be possible, in which case we will explain why.
If you want to register at the practice, please ask at reception for a registration pack and return it completed with the correct forms of identification. To save time you can also download and print a registration form. You will need to complete this by hand and bring it to the surgery.

All new patients will be offered a new patient check with a GP to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
You will have a named, accountable doctor who is responsible for coordinating your care. You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses, not just your named GP.
If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice as a temporary patient.
You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP.
To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
